Keynote
Leading the Journey to Reimagine Claims Management for Innovation and Growth
Executive leaders will share their vision for claims management and provide advice on how they have approached the journey to reimagine claims management at their respective companies. Claims management is critical to any organization as claims are the lifeblood of innovation and brands, conveying efficacy, value, and even purpose. An agile claims process can be a key competitive advantage given the pace of new product launches and marketing today. However the cross functional nature of claims management, and the historical lack of a central “claims function” can make the process of transformation challenging. Hear from those who have been there and lived to tell the tale - approaches to start the journey, pitfalls to avoid along the way, and what to expect when you arrive.
