Senior Vice President, Global Regulatory Affairs

Brian is currently the Senior Vice President of Global Regulatory & Product Safety for the Colgate-Palmolive Company. He works closely with the global commercial, supply and technical teams to provide regulatory support for both the existing business portfolio and strategic growth-driving innovations. In addition to regulatory leadership, Brian has responsibility for product safety assessment, pharmacovigilance and compliance. Brian has extensive experience in leading cross functional teams with diverse foci including toxicologists, dermal clinical experts, learning & capability development professionals, experts in data analytics, and regulatory professionals.
Brian represents Colgate-Palmolive as a member of the Board of Directors for the International Collaboration on Cosmetics Safety and Vice Chair for the Science Advisory Executive Committee of the Personal Care Products Council.
Brian has his doctorate in toxicology from The State University of New York at Buffalo and was part of the Product Safety team where he was instrumental in the defense of key strategic ingredients by representing Colgate's positions to global academics and regulators.
Brian has also led the Dermal Clinical organization, and served as Director of Scientific Capability Development to continually advance strategic scientific capabilities across Global Technology. In addition, he has led Predictive Innovation & Statistics, a newly formed function in Global Technology tasked with re-defining Colgate-Palmolive’s innovation processes through the use of advanced data analytics.
