    Mr. Gustavo currently serves as the Global Vice President of Human Resources at Kraft Heinz. With a strong background in finance and over a decade of experience in Human Resources, Gustavo brings a unique perspective to the field.

    Gustavo has worked in different countries, including Brazil, Canada, and the United States. He began his career in Brazil as a Finance Trainee at a logistics company and gained strong experience in the area in the following years. In 2014, he moved to the United States to work for Heinz, which later merged with Kraft. At Kraft Heinz, Gustavo had the opportunity to lead different areas of the HR function, including Rewards, Talent and Performance Management. In his previous role he was the Vice President of HR for Commercial Functions in the North America business.

    Today, as the Global VP of HR at Kraft Heinz, Gustavo leads the global strategy of Human Resources and is also the Head of HR for all Global Functions, including HR, Finance, Operations, Procurement and others.

    Gustavo received his undergraduate degree from Universidade Federal do Paraná in Brazil and earned an MBA from the The University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
