Senior Vice President, Global Innovation Quality
Maryam Mellatdoust is SVP of Global Innovation Quality for The Estée Lauder Companies. She is a global quality leader and expert at developing and implementing quality systems designed to meet consumer expectations and drive continuous quality improvement. Prior to joining The Estée Lauder Companies and driving quality for brands such as La Mer, Clinique, MAC, Joe Malone, and Tom Ford, she served as a quality leader for Shiseido and Coty, leading quality for brands, such as Calvin Klein, Marc Jacob, Adidas, OPI, Gucci, and more. Through these roles, she has become an expert in developing and implementing global quality systems, Supplier Quality Management Systems, as well as conceptualizing how to maintain Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) compliance and organize teams to support continuous improvement. She holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Basic and Industrial Microbiology from Ege University and a Master of Science (MS) in Technology from Arizona State University.
