    Throughout her almost 20 year career, Rosa has demonstrated a heightened commitment to aligning the people agenda with the business priorities, fostering environments where talent can thrive. Prior to her current role at PepsiCo, Rosa held regional and global HR and OD roles for BP plc, The World Bank and the University of Chicago. She is known for driving innovative talent and OE practices that enable business transformation.,

    Most proudly, Rosa continues to advance and elevate women, having created renown programs like Booth Women Advance, at the University of Chicago, or co-found the ColorForward and WhatRules podcast as well as chairing our Women Inclusion Network.

    She holds a Master’s degree in Organizational Management Development and Leadership from Fielding Graduate University, a Master’s degree in Sociology & Politics from University of Salamanca, Spain and University of East London, UK, and Bachelor’s degree in Labor Law from the University of Salamanca, Spain. As a certified Executive Coach, Rosa has held her own practice, where she coached a wide array of senior global executives from the UN, The World Bank, and the InterAmerican Development Bank.

    She resides in Oak Park, IL where she lives with her husband, son and two good old-fashioned standard poodles.
