Aidaliz Maldonado leads The Estee Lauder Companies’ Global Quality Center of Excellence with responsibility for strategic planning, managing the Quality organization’s project portfolio, digital transformation, continuous improvement, and talent development programs.
As a seasoned professional with more than 20 years’ experience, Aidaliz is known for driving efficiencies and excellence by combining technology, business process optimization techniques and organizational change management and development. Before joining The Estee Lauder Companies, Aidaliz spent most of her career within the food industry where she held diverse roles within IT, Operations, Engineering and R&D; and led multi-million dollar global projects and teams.

He previously served in senior roles within international companies including as vice president of R&D for nutritional & digestive health at Bayer Consumer Health in Switzerland, and vice president of R&D for Nutricia medical nutrition at multinational food company Danone Nutricia in the Netherlands.
