EJ Glaza, Director Global Regulatory Affairs, joined Amway in 2007. She is currently responsible for leadership of Discovery, Healthy Beauty & Home, Wellness Device and Safety teams providing strategic regulatory direction to ensure global product safety and launch success. Earlier in EJ’s career at Amway she held a variety of leadership positions including management over Regulatory Affairs and Quality Assurance at Amway’s Nutrilite operation. Prior to joining Amway, she began her career at P&G working in their consumer goods and pharmaceutical divisions with focus in quality assurance and regulatory affairs.
