What is Veeva Industries’ Virtual Summit on Consumer Products and Chemicals?
The Veeva Industries Summit brings together perspectives from executive-level, R&D, supply chain, legal, and IT experts across North America and Europe. Speakers and participants from industry-leading companies will share how they have harnessed the power of digital technologies to navigate today’s market disruptions and how they are innovating to meet and stay ahead of changing consumer and customer requirements for safe, sustainable, and trusted products.
“The most compelling challenge facing business leaders, no matter where you are or what industry you’re in, is to prepare your company to win in the digital future,” said N. Venkat Venkatraman, David J McGrath Jr Professor of Management at the Boston University Questrom School of Business. “Leaders in consumer goods industries must put digital at the core of their business strategy to help drive responsible and sustainable choices across the value chain, from the goods people consume to the ingredients from which those goods are made.”
“To win in this new world, business leaders need to cultivate a new mindset—one that works back from the future, looking closely at products and processes from a consumer rather than an organizational perspective, while always questioning established thinking to find ways of overcoming common traps in digital transformation efforts,” said Venkatraman.
“Executives and boards of directors in every sector are thinking urgently about their industries' future direction and, more specifically, how their organizations need to reinvent to thrive in a digital future,” said Greg Harbin, General Manager at Veeva.
“Participants from this year’s Veeva Industries Summit will come away with digital transformation best practices and a series of practical, action-oriented steps that will help your organization bring trusted products to market faster.”
