Purpose:

Define business objectives, project goals, timelines, roles and responsibilities. This phase highlights business process inefficiencies, current-state data structure, and usage as well as end-user requirements.

CONFIGURATION & TESTING

Purpose:

Configure software based on customer-specific requirements defined during the planning phase. This phase consists of iteratively developing and testing the software prior to loading data into the system.
