Andrew is responsible for Veeva's strategy for the consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry. His primary role is ensuring that Veeva’s CPG solutions address the most pressing needs of the Industry by connecting people, process and data to drive faster business decisions in a data-driven, enterprise scalable, future-proofed manner.
Andrew has a PhD in Chemistry and more than 20 years' experience in R&D, production and marketing within the CPG, chemical, crop protection and biotechnology industries. He has held senior roles at Syngenta, Solvay, Zymergen, and The Clorox Company/ Burt's Bees. He is an expert in product and business development, product market requirements, innovation and partnerships.
Andrew has an abiding passion for data, which began with feeding raw material attributes and manufacturing specifications into the original Syngenta PDM, developing websites for internal product information, and grew to identifying and leveraging new data sets for consumer innovation at Clorox. The fusion of data sets and human perspectives is the fuel of innovation and insight.
