Zephanie is responsible for driving excellence in the quality and safety of our products and operations, championing consumer centric innovation and ensuring global regulatory compliance.
Zephanie began her career at Procter and Gamble in 1991 and subsequently held positions in Regulatory, Quality, Medical, Consumer Affairs, Product Safety and Product Stewardship at Faulding Pharmaceuticals, SmithKline Beecham, Australian Self-Medication Industry Association, Boots Healthcare, and Johnson & Johnson. She and her husband and two children have been based in Australia, Singapore, US and now the UK.
Wendy has 25+ years in Unilever and has held leadership roles across both Finance and Supply Chain. She started her career with Unilever in Bristol, England and has worked in numerous countries across Europe, Asia and the Americas.
In 2015, Wendy was appointed to the position of VP Supply Chain US responsible for end to end Supply Chain integration, Supply Chain Digital Strategy and in-market business results. Wendy was appointed Head of Digital Supply Chain in July 2018.
Wendy is a member of various groups and organizations including: Achieving Women's Excellence in SC Operations, Management and Education (AWESOME), Executive Sponsor of Veteran's Business Resource Group, and Chairwoman at the Domestic Violence Crisis Center (DVCC) in Connecticut. Wendy currently resides in Rowayton, Connecticut with her husband David.
Markus Diehl holds a doctorate in chemistry from the University of Kaiserslautern in Germany and has over 20 years’ experience within the crop protection industry. Markus began his career in Regulatory Science in a Swiss CRO before joining BASF in Germany. At BASF, Markus has held leadership roles in both regulatory affairs and technical marketing. Beginning in 2015, he became globally responsible for “Product and Process Compliance”. In order to ensure compliance, optimize efficiency and increase transparency in the regulatory area, globally accessible innovative IT tools are developed and implemented.

As the IT leader for P&G's global R&D function, JJ is responsible for the IT strategy, implementation & service leadership for global R&D services and initiatives including: product lifecycle management (PLM), product research, modeling & simulation, systems engineering, innovation analytics and regulatory/global product stewardship. JJ is also the Business Information Security leader for the Innovation, Design, and Quality organizations. JJ has delivered solutions and managed services for Sales, Product Supply, Quality Assurance and now R&D with a strong track record of also successfully delivering IT divestitures and acquisitions.
Lorinda Loftonbrook joined the Estée Lauder Companies in 1997 and currently serves as Vice President of Global Regulatory Affairs, located in Long Island, New York. She has global regulatory responsibilities at the brand and product development level and manages regional and country regulatory for the Americas. Lorinda is an accomplished Regulatory Affairs leader with over 23 years of management, analytical, strategy and operational experience in the cosmetic industry
David has been with Colgate for 24 years. In that time he has implemented IT solutions across every function and geography. He is responsible for application development globally, and implementation for the Americas. David is also a member of the Consumer Goods Forum.
As CIO of Seqens, Alexandre is leading a worldwide team of IT professionals co-designing with the business to produce efficient solutions and services all along the pharmaceutical API value chain.
Alexandre began his career at EuroTunnel and held several positions at Sanofi where he drove key transformation projects. Working for more than 15 years in a highly regulated industry has given Alexandre an expert understanding of the digital disruption stakes, and how to transform organizations to take advantage of technology opportunities.

Eric Wolff has served as Corporate Senior Vice President Quality and Environment, Health & Safety for the L'Oreal group since 2016. After graduating with a degree in food engineering and a PhD in chemical engineering, Eric started his career in R&D in the field of food industry and biotechnology. He started at L'Oréal in 1992 and developed his career in different areas and geographical regions. Before his current position, Eric served as a Quality director in the Libramont plant (Belgium), as vice president for quality for the American zone based in the USA, as plant manager in Montreal (Canada), and as CPO for Corporate Raw Material Purchasing based in France. In 2019, he was awarded French Quality Leader by France Qualité Performance. Human manager promoting collaborative work, "working with heart" could be his moto.
Susanne joined FMC Corporation in November 2017 with the FMC-DuPont transaction. As the global leader of the Company's regulatory affairs team, Susanne is responsible for developing global regulatory strategies for innovative technologies and ensuring that research programs are informed and structured to meet US, European and other regulatory requirements. Susanne drives ethics and compliance within her organization but is passionate about developing her team to achieve their career goals.
With over 25 years of regulatory affairs experience, Susanne has worked for FMC, DuPont and BASF, in addition to the Pest Management Regulatory Agency (Canadian government). Prior to entering the regulatory field, Susanne conducted environmental fate and ecotoxicology research at Trent University with a focus on trace metals, and specializing in mercury, lead and cadmium. After which, she operated her own environmental consulting company working with Environment Canada on national water and sediment quality guidelines. Susanne has a B.S. in Biochemistry from the University of Waterloo and conducted a Master's degree in Watershed Ecosystems at Trent University. She lives in Philadelphia with her husband where they love to explore the wonderful food scene.

Nasima Patel is a Global Marketing Manager for PediaSure at Abbott Nutrition International. She supports four regions including fifty-six countries across the globe. She has worked for Abbott for over four years and prior to coming to Abbott she worked as a Business Consultant. Nasima received her Master's in Business Administration from North Park University in Chicago. She also has multiple certificates including Project Management, Lean Management and Web Design and Development. She was born and raised in the UK but currently resides in Chicago.
Gavin Kaplan is currently the Senior Vice President, Global R&D Operations for Estee Lauder Companies. Over the last 30 years, he has held a variety of roles in the Global Innovation Function of the Estee Lauder Companies. Originally born in Johannesburg, South Africa, he now resides in Long Island, New York. He graduated from Pace University in New York with a degree in Economics.
Michael Hershkowitz is responsible for building and driving product sustainability strategy for IFF's taste, scent and nutrition solutions. He works cross-functionally to embed its Circular Design philosophy into the product development process, collaborating to design products that enhance IFF's overall circularity and sustainability.
Prior to IFF, Michael spent more than ten years developing products and technologies in the biotech, biochemical and consumer packaged goods industries. He has a degree in Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology and an MBA from NC State.
Born and raised in The Netherlands, Geert obtained a Ph.D. in Applied Physics from Delft University of Technology. He joined Unilever at its global R&D laboratory in Vlaardingen, Netherlands, working in the microscopy group of the analytical sciences department. He joined Unilever's global Foods Quality team after relocation to the US and redeveloped Unilever's foods GMPs and partnered with engineering in several factory design projects. He joined the company Quality team in 2017, with responsibility for Unilever's supplier, manufacturing and co-packer quality systems.
Lenore Coyle has been with Eurofins CRL since 2004. She holds a degree in Biology and prior to joining Eurofins CRL she worked in the cosmetics and personal care industry for 10 years starting at Unilever working on the antioxidants team and at Coty where she helped establish the Coty internal testing program in Morris Plains, NJ. She held the position of President of the Dermal Clinical Evaluation Society for 2 terms and has given claims presentations to many industry groups during her career. In her current role as President of Eurofins CRL, she oversees three testing labs across the US supporting various types of claims from cosmetics to OTC monographed drug claims.
Ole has a background in social economics and international trade, and 13 years' experience from business consulting in a wide range of industries, and across business functions, before taking his current role in Aker BioMarine. His entire career has been centered around improvement work - making employees more satisfied, more productive and through this facilitating continuous improvements across the whole value chain.

A 20+ year P&G employee, Mark is an experienced IT, Quality, and Program/Project manager, who has been focused on the R&D/Regulatory/Quality space for the last several years.
Armin joined BASF in 2002 and has held several different positions. He was significantly involved in the successful implementation of Veeva Vault in BASF's Crop Protection business. Since 2019, Armin has been the Product Owner for BASF's global regulatory system, ensuring integrated document and submission management, as well as steering quality processes. Armin holds a master's degree in business administration and management from the Kaiserslautern University of Applied Science and is a Veeva Vault Certified Administrator.
Caleb Brian, Ph.D. is a New Product Claims Specialist in 3M’s Consumer Business Group in St. Paul, Minnesota. His work enables the substantiation of creative and impactful claims that resonate with consumers. He is recognized for bringing an analytical and collaborative perspective to cross-functional groups. His most recent projects include the Scotch™ Flex & Seal Shipping Roll, which won a place on TIME’s list of the 100 Best Inventions of 2019, and the Post-It® Flex Write Surface. Dr. Brian graduated with his Ph.D. in Chemistry from the University of Wisconsin.
David Bayard brings more than 25 years of experience in consumer, luxury and cosmetics companies to his role as Director of Technical Packaging Development at L'Occitane Group. His expertise covers the areas of packaging development, quality, and manufacturing. David is based at M&L Laboratories in Manosque, where he has been heading the packaging development department since 2015 and is also in charge of group packaging sustainability. He supports the L'Occitane-En-Provence brand in achieving its ambitious sustainable commitments, particularly in the fight against plastic pollution.
As a senior supplier development engineer, Shane Allen focuses on building supplier partnerships with companies of varying sizes and from a range of different industries. He earned his bachelors of applied science in physics and a minor in mathematics from the University of Minnesota - Twin Cities. He helped select and bring Veeva QualityOne online within Uponor and has continued his work in the field of supplier quality. He enjoys reading to his daughter, hosting a bi-weekly game night, and camping.
Amy Hart serves as the Chief Innovation Officer of Elevation Labs focusing on delivering innovative formulations across a wide breadth personal care categories. Amy has 20+ years of direct experience in the cosmetic industry with a focus on clean, natural and organic beauty.
Her past roles include Chemist and Group Leader at Autumn Harp, Senior Chemist at Burt’s Bees, and Product Development Manager at Yes To. Amy’s combined experience in contract manufacturing, along with direct brand experience, gives her a unique background for understanding many of the challenges the personal case industry faces in this ever changing landscape.
Andy was named Web Industries' Vice President of Quality in 2018 and brings over 14 years of experience leading positive, transformative change in the aerospace and marine markets. In his role, Andy is responsible for delivering quality excellence throughout the enterprise by embracing market expertise, continuous improvement fundamentals, and employee ownership pride. Andy came to Web from the Rolls-Royce Corporation, where he most recently served as Global Director of Quality, HSE, Security and Business Improvement, Rolls-Royce Naval Marine. His entire career had been at Rolls-Royce where he has moved rapidly through their system with increasing levels of responsibility and a diverse range of assignments and leadership roles focused on culture, continuous improvement, program management and customer quality. He earned a B.S in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Notre Dame.
Doug has spent 25 years in the energy efficiency and sustainability field and is highly experienced in all aspects of the design, deployment and operations of voluntary market transformation programs. Prior to joining Green Seal in 2018, he held leadership positions at the U.S. Green Building Council and EPA. Doug brings strong product management experience, non-profit leadership experience, as well as formal education in economic and policy analysis. He was one of the founding team members of US EPA's ENERGY STAR Buildings program, and at USGBC launched LEED for Building Operations & Maintenance. Doug holds a B.S. in Political Science from Duke and a M.S. degree in Energy and Environmental Policy from Georgetown.
Mike has spent half of his career in R&D, mainly in specialty chemicals, and the other half in regulatory. He joined Syngenta in October 2009 as the regulatory chemistry lead responsible for the implementation of REACh in the European Union and other REACh-like legislation around the globe. In this role, Mike served as the chairman of the CEFIC Global Emerging Regulation team. In 2014, he switched to regulatory operations in Syngenta and was a founder member of Project Leapfrog, which amongst other things led to the successful implementation of Veeva Vault in Syngenta.
Doug Scites is a highly experienced engineering and supplier quality leader with over two decades of successful experience in strategic plan development and translating plans into business results. Doug specializes in organizational design, quality management, and product launch process development and deployment across multiple industries. A strong believer in the power of process development in the workplace, Doug regularly develops supplier quality activities to meet customer requirements and enhance business efficiency. Doug enjoys refereeing hockey in his free time but can also be found on the golf course in the summer months.
David Franger Riteau serves as the head of the quality unit (QA & QC) operations for the Pierre Fabre group. In this role, David and his team ensure manufacturing compliance and product distribution across their portfolio of medicines, cosmetics, medical devices and food supplements, to ensure maximum patient, client and consumer satisfaction.
David brings broad experience as a group director in both the cosmetics and pharmaceuticals industries. He is skilled in the business areas of production (OEE, TMP, lean manufacturing, BlackBelt, PMO), quality (QA and QA), handling authorities inspections, pharmaceuticals responsibilities (QP) and corporate QMS and digital strategy (ICHQ10, ISO9001).
Lynette Zaidel is an Associate Director of Global Knowledge Management at Colgate-Palmolive in New Jersey. Lynette received her Ph.D. in Chemistry from the University of Illinois in Urbana-Champaign. With over 20 years of research experience, Lynette is considered one of Colgate's senior technical experts in the areas of formula development, dental technologies, pre-clinical testing, and oral microbiology. Lynette was awarded the NJ Research & Development Council's Thomas Edison patent award for her work in tooth-whitening technology and has led technical teams that developed and tested many Colgate oral care products currently in the market today. Lynette and the rest of the Knowledge Management team collaborate globally with the legal, regulatory, marketing and R&D functions to ensure all claims for products marketed by Colgate-Palmolive are technically validated and fully substantiated.

Dr. Randy King recently retired from The Procter & Gamble Company as a Senior Director in P&G's Global Product Stewardship organization and as the Chief Science Officer for the New Chapter dietary supplements subsidiary. In an over 28 year career at P&G, Randy provided product safety and regulatory expertise across many different categories of CPG products and in a number of industry associations, as well as managed company-wide research programs in animal alternatives, environmental safety, and sustainability. In his role at New Chapter, he also assumed responsibility for Quality and Innovation - which led to broader connections with Veeva. At New Chapter, Randy's team provided "early adopter" expertise to Veeva that set the groundwork for broader implementation of Veeva systems by other organizations within P&G and beyond.

Angela Diesch has extensive experience representing cosmetics companies, in broad-based commercial, products liability and class action litigation, as well as regulatory advice and counsel. Angela helps companies navigate regulatory hurdles to ensure compliance with California state law and the statutes and regulations enforced by the Food and Drug Administration, the Federal Trade Commission and other regulatory agencies. Angela provides outside General Counsel services to cosmetic companies to meet the daily challenges that arise in the dynamic and competitive cosmetic industry.

Corinna Guillaume, Sr. Manager of Quality at The Honest Company, a wellness brand empowering people to live happy, healthy lives. She is responsible for the oversight of the Quality Assurance department. Corinna earned a Bachelor's degree in Biology from Lycoming College and began her career as an analytical chemist. After several years in the manufacturing industry she moved from the lab bench to manage all functions within Quality including document control, supplier qualification, supplier audit programs, validation, CAPA's and Post Market Surveillance reporting.
Tom Fleuriot is a Global Legal Director within RB's Hygiene Global Business Unit. He provides legal advice for product development and online and offline marketing, including for major brands Air Wick, Finish, Harpic, Lysol, Mortein and Vanish. Tom is passionate about identifying ways for legal to act as enabler, helping to systematize in-house legal advice within structured business tools that enable rapid yet compliant deployment of business ideas.
Steve leads the scientific and regulatory department, developing science policies, and providing scientific and regulatory expertise on issues pertaining to the Household & Commercial Products Association's (HCPA) seven product divisions. He is currently leading the association's TSCA implementation efforts and works on a myriad of technical aspects pertaining to green chemistry, air quality, sustainability, pesticides, California's Proposition 65, and poison prevention. He also provides expertise and stakeholder input to EPA on the Science Advisory Committee on Chemicals (SACC) and Pesticide Program Dialogue Committee.
Mike joined RB in 2016 and currently leads the IT partnership with global business functions encompassing Safety, Quality & Regulatory Compliance. RB has embarked on a journey of digital transformation, and Mike operates across People, Process, Data and Technology pillars in order to ensure that strategic operational platforms and analytical capabilities are established and continuously evolve, in turn enabling predictive and prescriptive ways of working, benefiting our consumers and employees alike.
Mike's career began in Clinical Research at Quintiles in 1993, and he has subsequently held both business and IT leadership positions at organisations such as Amgen, Merck KGaA and Accenture. Mike is based in the UK with his wife and two (technically adult!) children.

Raj received his MBA from the Duke's Fuqua School of Business and spent his early career working as an engineer and a business intelligence consultant. In his spare time, Raj enjoys yoga, movies, and spending time with his family.
