EU Green Deal - Compliance Challenges Ahead


 

 

The Chemical Strategy for Sustainability - as part of the EU Green Deal - will put Chemical and Consumer Goods companies under pressure. Bettina Jackwerth, Director Quality and Product Stewardship Personal Care Europe at BASF, explains which product compliance challenges she sees ahead:

Products which may have a hazardous potential but have been proven to be safe in use could be banned from the market. This will have a tremendous influence on our value chains and supply chains. It will transform the chemical industry."
